Instructors: Karen Hamdon, Lawrence Dombro, Fran Wildman,

Yoga is the ancient art and science of wellness and wholeness. Yoga benefits the whole self - mind, body & spirit. This ancient practice accepts us at whatever level we are at and then patiently and compassionately moves us toward becoming our personal best.

"The prayer of the Monk is not perfect until he no longer recognizes himself
or the fact that he is praying."

- St Anthony

Yoga provides us the opportunity to rediscover who we really are - beyond the constructed self, on a journey inward to the Authentic Self.

When we practice ConsciousYOGA, giving our practice our full attention, we increase the benefit tremendously. Practicing yoga consciously ultimately leads to living consciously.

All ConsciousYOGAclasses, workshops and retreats include a wonderful combination of traditional Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama.

no doer
